Exchanges and returns


IF PRODUCT DISSATISFACTION

The customer has a period of seven (7) calendar days from the product delivery date, to contact us and request the return or exchange of the product. This contact can be made by contacting the website or by calling the store. Must be informed the buyer's name, social security number, order number, product which you want to exchange or return. We will return with the authorization and instructions for return of the goods. Only the goods will be accepted that are authorized to send and follow the instructions correctly.

Upon receipt of the product in our store, will be an evaluation of the product to which this exchange or return is authorized. . In this case, the product must be in perfect condition, in their original packaging with all the accessories that accompany it, intact and without the use of evidence label. The Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. If the product received meet according to the above requirements, the client can make a refund in the amount of your purchase.
